2. How do I get started with a project? 

Simply reach out to us through our contact form or email. We'll create an encrypted shared link and you can upload your raw photos/edits/sketches, provide us the description and we'll get started.

5. How long does a typical project take? 

Timelines vary based on the service and project complexity. Basic designs and edits will take only a few hours to 1-day, video editing 1-2 days, while complex product design projects may take a few days to few weeks. We'll give you an estimated timeline during our initial discussions after fully understanding your requirement. 

6. Can you work with my existing brand guidelines? 

Absolutely! We can build on your existing branding or help you refresh your brand identity while keeping your vision intact. 

7. What if I need revisions? 

We include a set number of revisions with all our services to ensure you’re satisfied. Additional revisions can be discussed based on your project. 

8. Do you provide marketing support? 

Yes. Our digital marketing services include social media thumbnails, logo, graphic/video content creation, and ad creation suitable for eCommerce website and social medias to grow your brand online. 

9. What formats will I receive my final designs in? 

You’ll receive your final assets in high-resolution, print-ready, and web-friendly formats such as JPEG, PNG, PDF, PSD, or others based on your needs, and 3D file formats too. Basically, we’ll give what you need! 

10. How do I pay for your services? 

We accept payments via bank transfer, credit/debit cards, or other secure online payment methods. Payment terms are outlined in the project proposal.  

11. Where are you located, and do you work with international clients? 

We're located in US, UAE & India, but we work with clients globally. All communication and project delivery are done remotely.
